See What Your Support Makes Possible
Your support helps connect local families to resources, stability, and opportunity across Northeast Louisiana.
Across Northeast Louisiana, many hardworking families are living paycheck to paycheck and facing difficult choices between essentials like food, utilities, childcare, transportation, and healthcare. Through community partnerships, local programs, and direct connections to resources, United Way helps support both immediate needs and long-term stability — and your support helps make that work possible.
Across our region, thousands of families are working hard but still struggling to make ends meet. Many households are considered ALICE® — Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed — meaning they earn above the federal poverty level but still cannot consistently afford basic necessities.
For many families, one unexpected expense like a medical bill, car repair, childcare cost, or missed paycheck can quickly create a crisis.
