
Tabatha Ross serves as the Director of the United Way 211 Contact Center, where she provides leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with Inform USA accreditation standards. In this role, she supports a team of specialists who connect individuals and families to vital community resources.
Tabatha holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walden University. With a strong passion for helping others, Tabatha is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need while advocating for community resources and connections.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
